This was the sellers solicitors (not mine), BUT their shoddy service have cost me several thousand pounds and delayed my relocation.
Slow and negligent service, long delays - pass the buck mentality.
At some point they said that all was ready for exchange of contracts, while some important formalities have not been completed!
