I would not recommend this firm to my worst enemy, terrible manners no communication, it's as if your having an argument with them. To date my case is in the hands of the 5th case handler, appalling attitude through out. No updates unless I chase them constantly. So much so I've had to report them to the ombudsman. Shocking company all round, do not use this company.

Misconduct, misconduct and missconduct.????????Criminals would not answer my complaint, a case of neglect for the Ombudsmen. I suffer from depression and under the mental health Act and time limitation period your case is never closed, thanks for there still being some good from you people.????????

Sadly we were diasppointed with the service we recieved with our conveyancing from Thompsons.

We had to chase them daily to get them to do even the simplest of tasks and we rarely spoke to the same person twice. Never when we called could we speek to the solicitor - only the secretary, and rarely did they call back the same day. I think they have just grown too big and too popular.

We also found them quite expensive - I recieved a discount through the Fire Brigades Union and still they were more expensive than a local law firm who are smaller friendlier and have better local knowledge. Arguably Thompsons lost us the sale and purchase of a property so only 2 stars I am afraid - had they not lost us the sale / purchse we would have given 3 stars.
