Our recent experience with Philip Sainsbury, solicitor at Thorpe and Co of Filey was first class. He answered all emails and phone calls very promptly and kept us fully informed throughout a sale and a purchase. His fee was reasonable and we could see that he was much more thorough than the solicitor acting for the party selling to us.
