BEWARE these people in possession proceedings. They lie, delay, price gouge, abuse process, and have, on occasion, been known to use forged documents. If you experience ANY of these behaviours report them and provide evidence to the SRA, report then to the MOJ for Contempt of court, and make a claim on their indemnity insurance.
Put them out of business. They're not good enough to win without lying or resorting to dodgy tactics, claiming they haven't received documents, not turning up if hearing dates are changed, them claiming they weren't notified, and mysterious phone calls to the court after an application has been entered which appear to tie up with said application being dismissed, despite validity. Absolute rogue's.

The Solicitor Regulations Authority says it ALL . This firm is suspect and I should never have signed up. Extremely, unjustified cost for stuff not done. My solicitor at the firm was so stupid to tweet being at a rugby match when he charged me for the same time period! The firms idea seems to be - make the most money of the client but try not to help. It seems they work on commission. I changed firms and can only make prospective clients aware this way
