Terribly slow service provided from Tubbs and Co, I almost lost the sale of my property due to missing paperwork after countless times asking if there was anything I needed to do on my behalf. Upon completion the previous owner left several skips worth of junk and upon contacting my solicitor (tubbs). I was then advised not to ask her for compensation and to also not get rid of her junk which was left in my property. After numerous phone calls and e mails trying to contact them I have now given up and seeking further legal advice. Im happy to say I’m a first time buyer and I have learnt my lesson first time round, I won’t be supporting any local solicitors as I’m not confident they are capable or competent, from now on I will be using none patronising conveyancing professionals only.

I was on legal aid as my matters were all criminal. NT The best solicitor I’ve had in the Scarborough area. Always use the same one. Also recommended to family and got good results.

Between Tubbs and Co my estate agent and the buyers solicitor the sale of my property fell through
Also documents I supplied in order in a neat folder were returned in a brown envelope
I have told them I do not want them to deal with the sale of my property

They charged a very standard fee for conveyancing my home but............... The service was slow and mistakes were made. I had to raise is issues with the legal ombudsman to put things right. Very unhappy with the overall service. I am out of pocket and would not recommend Tubbs & Co.
