I emailed them at least twice for some work regarding my property as I needed some legal advice on a matter. To this day I am still waiting a reply, Phoned and spoke to a young chap who told me that the solicitor was in court that day working on a matter and that he would call me back am still waiting a reply several months later. To say that I am impressed is an understatement obviously they don’t need the work, so am talking my business else where. If this is how they work am surprised they are still in business.

I cannot fault any part of the service received at TW Solicitors. From dealing with Charlie at reception to Omotayo who heads the Conveyancing team, the whole process was seamless. I was able to talk to my solicitor every time I called and my email was actioned and responded to within a day of writing. I will definitely be recommending the team at TW solicitor to friends and family.

I did not sell my property and they did not stick to their original agreement of 'no sale no fee' and sent me a large bill for their services.
