Initial information was very beneficial to help me in collecting rent arrears from a deceased tenant who didn't leave a will. I would highly recommend this firm for efficiency and attention to detail.

As with our first experience with this firm 14 years ago for the purchase of our home, we recently received excellent service, this time from Mr David Lunn.
We were extremely impressed with his sound professional advice, his attention to detail and his kind and courteous manner. He placed no extra charges for a small, last-minute legal request and also ensured that all current pandemic precautions were met!

Although we managed to speak to our solicitor here, (unlike our previous experience) we were very disappointed about the way in which fees were calculated and the overall cost.
