The grant of lease completed yesterday after all sorts of things happened including statutory declaration, register to land registry, amend completion statement and negotiations etc. I wish I could speak English well so that I can tell you exactly why I am giving 5 stars. I told Chithra Somasundaram(we call her 'Soma'), the solicitor, I feel guilty as she done a lot of extra work with already fixed fees. We had a lot of hurdles but she did not ignore any of them, she jumped one by one. Of-course, there were heavy complaints from both sides, but she done what she should as responsible lawyer. We, the clients, always demand quick process but my solicitor did not create pandemic backlog, COVID19 did it. I for one say, WELL DONE YOU!

I used VJ NATHAN Solicitors for a house purchase. Absolutely professional, reliable and quick service. Trusted solicitors and very helpful. Thank you for dealing with my case efficiently, Their staff especially Mrs Sivatharshini Logeswaran always returned calls and was punctual with responses. I was guided step by step and made the whole process so easy for me. I would recommend them always specially Mrs Sivatharshini Logeswaran. She was amazing .

I went to a solicitor at first and they said they were unable to change 2 days before they said they will do it. They had the file for 2 months but they didn't do anything. We then went to another solicitor and he wasn't able to do it because they didn't have a panel for my bank . They also cheated us for a week. After that I came to VJ Nathan and I am extremely pleased they are efficient and they managed to give me the property. They are quick at working friendly and amazing. I am so happy with their service. I highly recommend going there for anything .
