Vital provided me candid advice in resolving a difficult employment issue – using his skill and experience, he negotiated a settlement far superior than was in prospect before we first spoke (it was also better than suggested by other employment solicitors). I was impressed with his client focus, timeliness, ability to deal effectively with my employer and ultimately the result. I can highly recommended Vital and team at ELS.

I used these solicitors to get further advice regarding a grievance I had with my boss at work with the possibility of taking my case to a tribunal.
Vital was very professional and explained to me in simple terms what my options were. He able to negotiate a very good exit package/agreement which I would not have been able to get without his help . I would highly recommend ELS solicitors for anyone who finds themselves in a similar position and requires expert employment law advice and support .
