Absolutely abysmal experience, for what was a small mistake on their part, they turned the whole issue into something bigger than it was, seemed to me purely because of ego and issues with acknowledging a small mistake. Interactions with David William was shocking! Cant remember the last time I spoke to someone so rude and arrogant.

We used Tracy Gower at W.H.Mathews Sutton Office to sell our house and buy a new property in Dorchester. From the first meeting, to completion on both properties, there were no problems that Tracy found any difficulty in handling. She is a pleasure to deal with, and we felt extremely confident with her positive approach from the start to finish. No negatives whatsoever with the service we received.
