Exceptional Service and Unwavering Support – P. D at Walker and Co

I have had the pleasure of working with P. D. from Walker and Co on two separate occasions – first in 2015 when selling our home, and again in 2023 for the sale of my flat. Both experiences reaffirmed my trust in P's. professionalism and dedication to his clients.

From the outset, P's attention to detail and his clear, effective communication made a significant difference. He has a way of making complex legal processes understandable without ever oversimplifying them. His responses were not only timely but also comprehensive, ensuring I was fully informed every step of the way.

What truly sets P. apart is his genuine commitment to his clients' needs. His approachable and friendly demeanour, combined with his relentless energy, significantly reduced my stress throughout the selling process. He listened actively and took decisive action when needed, which was especially evident when handling delays from the buyer's side. These were managed efficiently and effectively.

One of the most reassuring aspects of working with P. was the financial transparency. We agreed on a fee at the beginning, and P. honoured this agreement with no unexpected expenses or haggling over fees. This straightforward approach made the financial aspects of the transactions stress-free and predictable.

P's deep knowledge of both residential and commercial property law is evident. He provided first-class service, combining his legal expertise with practical advice that aligned perfectly with my needs. His ability to operate under tight deadlines without sacrificing service quality made my flat's sale proceed in record time.

Do not use!!! Avoid at all costs. No one ever answers the phone. Paul is constantly on annual leave although I received a letter dated the date he was supposedly on annual leave. DON'T USE!!

Horrendous and totally the opposite what is stated on Walker & Co, Mr Paul Dalowsky summary of himself.
In currently long ongoing Conveyancing matter, Mr Paul Dalowsky has not once either answered the phone to or called the other side Solicitors, Agents or his Clients. Read Paul's profile as follows: "Through listening to my clients, being approachable, friendly and welcoming and offering clear advice on the various legal issues encountered, I aim to make the whole process stress free". Unfortunately, most disappointed, as the statement couldnt be any further from the truth. The conveyance is on the brink of collapse as a result of non-action, non-communication and undue protraction of the case in question.
Sadly, Paul is yet to realise that communication is the key and so is simple human, common courtesy.

The worst experience from conveyancing solicitors I've EVER had. Closed offices for lockdown when all other parties' solicitors in the buy and sell were still available. This wasn't the main issue as understandably safety must come first. However not one little piece of courtesy by email or post to keep us updated just a voicemail and automated email.

It was not explained to me that they were not able to continue acting on the matter, only a vague letter was sent which refused to explain why this could not continue. This left me having to source a new solicitor and start the whole process again when I should have been completing. At the very least, a courtesy call to advise that they could no longer act on my behalf would have been preferred.

Terrible customer service. Since discussing my issues, other people have also reported difficulties with this company.

Pay the extra money and deal with a more professional and courteous company.

Walkers have dealt with a number of matters for our family over several years they are cuteous down to earyh and efficent and offer good value for money
