The first time I've used these solicitors.
I went to court yesterday and was told the solicitor has left as was sick so I called the office and the receptionist told me another solicitor from this form was going to represent me. I'd gone outside for a cigarette and came back in to the court receptionist telling me the other solicitor now wasn't coming in as was at home looking after his kid. I asked if they were sending someone else to which he told me I had to deal with it myself. I recorded the whole conversation for my own protection and I did tell him I was recording. This firm is very unprofessional and not even one of the solicitors called me to advise me what to do! Absolutely disgusting behaviour down them.
