I have attempted to contact a director at the Chichester Branch on five different occasions actually calling into the office on one occasion without success. I also called into the Bognor Regis office again nothing. What surprises me I have previously met with the director and they appeared extremely professional but that was when they wanted something, I have someone requesting representation and they can’t be bothered. Rating nil stars but one star just to register this review

maria haywood played weird frustrating psychological head games, repeatedly ignored so many questions. wannops management told me after complaining that i can't get answers , i don't have faith so i must go find another lawyer and mr brotherton lied to me some more, just weeks before trial!!. !. wannops you should be ashamed of yourselves.
maria heywood's behaviour was "childish and disappointing".
mr Chatterton hadn't taken instructions yet but on the face of it you need to act like a professional.
I'm going on holiday, do it yourself???????? huh? very professional?

Failed to notify me of an outstanding amount for over two years of settling, then sent me aggressive and threatening mails to sue me if I did not pay immediately. Terrible and very unprofessional. I would not recommend.
