I approached WH in Feb 2022 as LIP as I had been advised by the Judge to obtain a legal argument in support of my Pre Nuptial agreement for a Final Hearing in July. Despite 8 email requests and false promises over the next 3 months and a total bill of £2300 by May 2022, I still had not received anything from them and it was too late to go elsewhere. I was forced to settle out of court at significant financial cost.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

I rang up to try and make an appoinment . Spoke to a lady called Helen who couldn't have cared less . I got the run around for days . Then I spoke to Helen and asked shall I even bother to ring back .... utter waste of time

Ward Hadaway made an agreement in writing on behalf of their client to pay fees of a claimant
When it came to assessment, Ward Hadaway went back on their word and refused to pay without a court Order!
