Sent a email asking if they could help with house transfer.
Got a message left on my phone asking me to ring with more information.
Tried calling no answer this was 2.00 pm and all after the same.
Tried again next day got a very bored sounding lady said she had no idea who called me but would get them to call back I ask when no idea she replied.
This was 5 days ago.
If you don't want the work at least tell me so I don't waste time with you.
Very unprofessional and will never use again.
I was warned they were useless but thought I would try them and they were local.
Wish I had never bothered.
