I have used Watsons Law for conveyancing of the sale of 4 properties over the last 5 years . The service provided is outstanding, I can recommend them most highly and I would not use anyone else . Their professionalism is of the highest standard and you are kept regularly informed as to how the sale is progressing , communication is outstanding with at times when appropriate daily updates .

Our recent property sale and purchase was handled by Rachel Wigglesworth, partner in Watsons Law. It was a difficult job which involved complex arrangements with both buyer and vendor, and of course ourselves. She communicated with us almost on a daily basis about the progress of the sales and we have nothing but praise for Rachel's fortitude and competance throughout. She managed to complete the whole process efficiently and with such speed that we have been able to move into our new home just before the property world, along with so much else, was subjected to the current isolation. No hesitation in recommending.
