Will and probate

I needed to alter quite a bit on my will so emailed Phil at Waymans who had sorted my previous one. I received an acknowledgement the same day and we arranged an appointment. I am a tad housebound so he suggested he came to my home. In the meantime I sent the firm details of the amendments I needed and Emily was very quick to send me a draft copy of my new will. Phil and I went through this but there were still a few changes needed and, again, draft 2 came to me very quickly. One section needed clarification so draft 3 was sent. Poor Emily, lots patience! Lynn rang me to arrange another appointment so I could sign the will and she was very helpful in working around my timetable. Emily and Brad (another solicitor) came to mine with the new will and the process was completed quickly. I have nothing but praise for all the people with whom I came into contact. Everyone was friendly, obliging, professional, very helpful and the whole process was made so easy for me. Thanks everyone.
