We have used this firm on solicitors on many occasions. Tracy Gower has always been our contact point for conveyancing. She is incredibly professional, thorough and diligent. Our property purchases, although often problematic, have always been handled with knowledge and professionalism by every member of the team. Tracy is timely in returning calls and addressing queries. Her assistant likewise. I would not hesitate to recommend them, and often do.

Tracy Gower has been our solicitor twice for the sale and purchase of property, and each time she has been excellent. She is prompt, knowledgable, thorough and congenial. I have no hesitation is recommending her warmly.

My husband and I have used Tracy Gower as our conveyancer for over 25 years. Tracy was exceptional in all aspects of our sale and move. She was professional, courteous, proactive and constructive all the way through the process and was always available to answer any queries we had. We would recommend her services to anyone who are looking to buy or sell a property.

Tracy Gower did the conveyancing work for our recent house move. We cannot rate her highly enough. Highly professional, she kept everything moving forward at a good pace, always very friendly and approachable. Tracy took a lot of stress out of the process for us.

I have known Tracy Gower for over 30 years and have utilised her services as a conveyancer both for my firm when sellers /purchasers were seeking a competent person to act for them, and also in a private capacity. I have always found her extensive knowledge coupled with her most professional approach, together with a sense of humour (sadly lacking in many of her competitors) to be of the highest standard.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Tracy to anyone seeking a conveyancer.
