Do not use this firm. Absolutely appalling experience. They only reply to emails/phone calls after you've chased a handful of times. No attention to detail, documents were routinely submitted with non-trivial errors, or worse not submitted at all. Very slow to act on anything and are never proactive. If you are looking for a quick and painless property transaction, look elsewhere.

Whitehead Monckton were assigned my remortgage in February. Despite 3 solicitors being assigned to the case and having until July to work on it, they failed to complete the case and the offer expired. This meant I lost a large amount of money.
