Terrible communication and delays. Wrong information given to customers.
My refund took 1 month to get to me, even though I chased every week. Please save yourself the stress and go elsewhere.

Awful service. Weeks without a response. Unnecessary delays and zero communication.

Recently instructed Wilford Smith when purchasing a house. I would go days and weeks without a response from a solicitor and there were so many unnecessary delays just because they hadn't bothered to look at the file.

We were also buying an adjacent small parcel of land with the property which has still not completed 7 months after the agreed sale. Again, the delays seem unnecessary or are at best, unexplained.

Our original solicitor left the firm and we were not made aware until I phoned them. I have been given contact details of the new solicitor but no formal paperwork regarding the new fee earner has been received.

I have looked to make a formal complaint but of course there is a whole page on their website of how to do this except the key part - an email or form or even address as where to send this complaint.
