Mr Bird was appalling!!! I even ended up phoning the Land Registry my self to get things moving and when I advised Mr Bird that I had HE CHARGED ME FOR THE TIME IT TOOK for me to tell him I had done his job for him. Mr Bird may be retired now (he ought to be, if not!!) but I wouldn't trust Wilson & Bird at all now!!!
