I had to deal with Joseph O’Brien who was clearly out for a personal payday and took advantage of a vulnerable person (his client)The outcome was his client received around half of what he took from them for personal gain with the advice that was given. Joe seemed to take pleasure in bending laws and this alwas very damaging to an entire family, including two minors.
Joe also enjoys self promotion on social media and is clearly someone with a massive ego.
Avoid at all costs or face massive bills and poor service.

Will and probate
24/12/24 - Reviewed by Wilson Browne (Vicki Pearce). Mistakes and dishonesty
Multiple mistakes. Initially hid them and I had to ask outright if any mistakes had been made before she admitted to them. Then further lies about the records kept and dealing with the mistakes. Lengthy delay due to the multiple mistakes. Case taken to the Legal Ombudsman who found in my favour re poor service but they merely got a slight slap on the wrist. Her mistakes cost me around £7000.
