Over priced and once they have your money, you can never get in touch with anyone again, I found them very economical with the truth. A wolf in sheep's clothing, avoid at all costs

Awful company, do not respond to mails, phone calls or return messages. Things lost including our sale and purchase. Do not even respond to a written complaint. Will provide your bill quick enough! If you choose to use them I'd take up their offer of insurance as we had to claim on it when it all fell in a heap because of them and don't expect any help with that either! 5 months and one rude phone call with Karen Dodd on the collapse of our chain. If there was a zero rating they would definitely get it! Read other peoples bad reviews they all have a similar experience.

Appealing, did not read file for seven weeks, lied to myself and vendor about actions taken. Had to be physically chasedto complete any action, I had to go to office in person to get any progress with purchase. Would never use this firm again.

Absolutely appalling service and I wish I'd read previous reviews before hiring them. Dreadful communication over the 5 months it took them to complete a simple sale/purchase. No reply to emails from so-called Head of Conveyancing or "Executive Director" and 4 different "solicitors" were involved in the transaction. Two "left" without notice and one worked in the Trust department. Would never hire them again and strongly suggest that no-one else does either.

Absolute joke of of a law firm. Compulsive liars, incompetent staff, a managing director who can’t be bothered to call back or respond to emails. Avoid this law firm at all costs.

Do not recommend !!! If you are looking for transparency, honesty and integrity this is NOT the firm for you, if however you wish a firm that is economical with the truth, is quick to take your money, but NEVER rings back, then by all means this is the firm for you.
