Medical negligence

Absolutely fantastic service from Wolferstans. Over 6 years of trying to find a resolution to my sons case of medical negligence. After trying a lot of other o win no fee solicitors they took on our case and secured a settlement £150,000. Could not recommend this firm highly enough. My so has had 6 years of stress and they have been nothing less than fantastic. I wish you all the best in your future endevours.

Ebenezer and James were excellent,very quick.no fanning around ,ultra quick.there down to earth men .it was a pleasure to meet both of them ,the whole service was excellent,we dealt with charter house they basically were crap ,.my girlfriend had the hots for ebenezer lol ,,but all joking aside these two men were spot on I couldn’t be more honest,many thanks boys I will be dealing with you again

Outstanding service. Our house purchase proved to be complicated but our solicitor (Tishka) was incredibly thorough, identifying several missing consents that had not been picked up when the house was previously sold and saving us a huge amount of potential stress and money. Chased the mortgage company when time was becoming critical. Was delightful to deal with. Fees were much the same as other companies we obtained quotes from, including national ones picked up on an internet search. I doubt we would have had such a fantastic service from them.

Efficient ,Friendly and sympathetic they returned my call quickly ,they are knowledgeable and straight to the point.The lady Ann Ball I spoke
to was very friendly, and sympathetic to my situation. I have suffered a life changing condition due to Clinical negligence and it has affected my everyday life and those around me .I am suffering from post traumatic stress of loosing sight due to MRI scan whilst in hospital and due to my new condition of blindness I have lost my life profession as a teacher[tutor of more than twenty five years .But Ann Ball the paralegal assistant made it all easier to cope with whilst waiting for the outcome .I would highly recommend Wolferstans Solicitors to anyone in the same situation of having gone through clinical medical negligence as they turned out to be the best choice .I have the utmost respect for this firm and their team.They are amazing ,friendly and knowledgeable .

Very professional.
They are very friendly and very responsive as I sent an email to them and within an hour a member of their team (Ann Ball rang me back and help me through the process.When this was completed she asked for my documents and I passed together with my information report .Straight away within 48 hours of the first email my claim was underway .I would highly recommended them to anyone looking to make a claim..

I was really impressed with the manner in which Suzanne conducted a very complicated house/land conveyance. This involved eight amendments to the deed of transfer and countless emails but the original fee remained the same.
Efficient and professional throughout!
Would definitely recommend her.

I have just finished up a child custody case with the help of Wolferstans, and overall I was very happy with the service.
While it wasn't absolutely essential for me to have a lawyer, given I was the respondent in a civil case, it did help to know that I was in the hands of professionals. Angela Parsons was my lead lawyer with Lisa Stanzl as the legal executive. Lisa handled my initial enquiry, and legal aid application (which was a pain, but not Lisa's fault - just a bad system). Both lawyers are efficient and don't 'sugar coat' anything. You won't be mollycoddled by them - they will tell you if they think you're being unreasonable about the situation - as their goal is to get you to compromise with your ex. At the end of the day this is preferable than a long, drawn-out battle, especially when there's children involved.
In divorce and family proceedings, emotions run very high, and Angela dealt with me in a calm, professional manner, which I appreciated and made me feel better about the case. I got the result I wanted in the end, and although CAFCASS was the main influencer, Angela did help to convey my position clearly to CAFCASS and so this may have been a positive determining factor in its outcome.
Either way, it was nice to have someone to explain the terminology, provide support on the court days, and explain the legal procedures, and the likely outcomes at the various stages.
Yes, I could have represented myself and saved some hassle applying to legal aid. But I also would have been completely on my own, as my ex was towards the end because he ran out of money. Also, I don't think I would have been taken seriously by the court if that had been the case.
