I had to cancel instruction with this solicitor because they did not contact me to initiate my HIP, after waiting for 7 days and I could not get a hold of anyone by phone. I received a notice of a new solicitor after threatening to cancel but still no appointment to start the HIP. It delayed the start of sale on our property. We had to cancel with them and rehire a new solicitor. It was very frustrating. Best Conveyancing Solicitors, aka Wolstenholmes, is cheap but very poor value for money if they don't do the work.
