Poor service. Their slow response time and inattention to detail, and delays whilst they failed to do what was necessary but instead created time-wasting obstacles (the first solicitor was clearly not the sharpest tool in the box), could have jeopardised an entire estate claim, and definitely put at risk a significant proportion of it, which was only rescued by my unilateral actions.
