      My claim for holiday illness was sent to me last week after suffering food poisoning whilst on holiday in a hotel in the Dominican. Anne Thomson was recommended to me by & I contacted her for help.

      From start to finish Anne took care of everything for me and kept me informed.

      Definitely recommend and happy to be contacted for more details.

      We contacted Your Holiday Claims not really knowing how to handle our claim. From the first phone call, right through to the final payment of our cheque, they handled our case in the highest manner.

      My boyfriend and I suffered gastrointestinal whilst on holiday at the Red Sea Holiday village, Egypt.

      We didn't know we could make a claim for suffering an illness on holiday until we looked into it to and sought legal advise having got nowhere with First Choice, apart from being offered holiday vouchers!

      We found Farnworth Solicitors from an internet search and have now received compensation for the illness we both suffered and expenses we had to pay for.

      My solicitor Tracy Stansfield was absolutely marvellous. We couldn't speak highly enough of them.

      I have just handed my claim over to Tracy at your holiday claims because I got absolutely nowhere with First Choice. Tracy was actually recommended to me by a friend and I've got to say, I am really impressed and a lot more confident I will get somewhere now.

      Following a series of my family becoming ill on holiday and my 2 year old daughter particularly unwell, I contacted Anne at Farnworth Rose from an internet search to see what I could do in regards to bringing this to my holiday companies attention.

      This is not something I have done before and so had no idea of how it worked or even if I should proceed. The team at Farnworth Rose, specifically Anne, made the whol process really easy for us and Pain-Free.

      They were on hand to answer any questions or explain any of the legal jargon and were realistic about their advice at each step which we really valued.

      We felt like we were in good hands all the way and whilst we'd much rather our daughter and ourselves had not been ill in the first place, we are very happy with the outcome and will be treating her to a visit to Disneyland.
