Shohaab Dar was the sole director and owner of Glade Law Limited, formerly at Citypoint, 1 Ropemaker Street, London, EC2Y 9HT. The firm closed on 11 December 2014.
Mr Dar has failed to submit to the SRA accountants? reports for the firm for the years 2011/2012, 2012/2013, and 2013/2014. He has also failed to submit a cease to hold report for the period to 11 December 2014.
He was found to have breached rules 32 and 33.5 of the SRA Accounts Rules 2011 and Principle 7 of the SRA Principles 2011.
A written rebuke was issued against Mr Dar. He was directed to pay a penalty of ?2,000 and costs of ?600.

Mr Dar's practising certificate for 2017/2018 has been granted subject to the following conditions which are necessary, reasonable and proportionate in the public interest:
Mr Dar may not act as a manager or owner of any authorised body.
Mr Dar may not act as a compliance officer for legal practice (COLP) or compliance officer for finance and administration (COFA) for any authorised body, or Head of Legal Practice (HOLP) or head of finance and administration (HOFA) in any authorised non-SRA firm.
Mr Dar shall immediately inform any actual or prospective employer of these conditions and the reasons for their imposition.
