• Slow responses to emails.
• Failed to deliver starter pack when promised.
• Was in a meeting when I arrived for a scheduled appointment.
• Made a cup of tea while I waited, despite being late to the appointment.
• Starter pack was sent by post after being told that I would receive it electronically.
• The solicitor handling my case sent an assistant to meet me on our first appointment.
• Assistant solicitor lacked confidence.

I walked out of the meeting and instructed another solicitor.

We contacted Jill just two days prior to the ending of my permission to stay in the country. On the next day I met with Jill who gave her immediate, full attention to my matter and within just ten hours(!) had finalized a flawless application which then went smoothly and successfully with no delays. During all stages Jill was very responsive to any questions we had and gave full support at this stressful time. This definitely made it all much easier.

After two failed attempts at applying for a Tier 2 Visa my family and I faced the dreadful fact that we would have to uproot our lives to return to our home country to reapply for a visa from there. Faced with a large [bill] to move us all back, the enormous inconvenience and being told it could take up to 3 to 4 months to apply from our home country we decided to seek the assistance of an immigration solicitor. [We] contacted 6 solicitors who informed us that it was best that we return to our home country to reapply from there. It was a pleasant surprise when you told us that you had just processed a similar visa for someone and was 90% sure you would be able to obtain visas for us. You were true to your word and we are grateful for your expertise. Your knowledge of the immigration laws and understanding of the new Tier system have served us well. You have been both professional and personal through this whole ordeal. Thank you, not only did you procure our visas but also saved us a large sum of money and great deal of inconvenience. We will be referring others to you that would benefit from your assistance
