Service is a joke, despite me having to correct my statement 3 times, the uncorrected statement was given , without any thought to me in any way. I was not informed of any actions involving my case and staff were very dismissive. My elderly disabled witness was promised help, but only the opposition had the benefit of assistant with a wheelchair etc and this wheelchair was only used for the benefit of crown court and is never used normally whereas my witness walks with 2 sticks always, but Hooles only sneered at her as if to disbelieve and they were obviously biased against us for some reason. i was left alone on the last day with my case being handled by my barrister, who laughed and joked with the opposing side, whilst destroying my life, ie, refusing to correct certain facts and failing to present character references that had taken a lot of work to obtain. Hooles are a disgrace and i urge you to AVOID, AVOID, AVOID........NO STARS
