Andrew has advised me on the sale and purchase of several properties over at least a decade. He has always been incredibly constructive, professional and helpful. I know that many of these transactions would not have happened on schedule and so successfully were it not for Andrew's skill and tenacity. He and his colleagues have been a pleasure to deal with and they deliver outstanding value for money.

Andrew Veitch delivered a very thorough, professional and good value service to help me through a recent house move. Both sale and purchase were quite complex due to the particular requirements of my local area's leasehold arrangements. Andrew's thorough approach got to the bottom of all the issues and his persistence in dealing with the surprisingly large number of stakeholders involved at both ends ensured that the move went through.
Throughout the process, Andrew was easy to contact, always returning calls promptly and ensuring I knew the latest state of play. Most impressively, he stuck to his initial estimate of his charges, even though he eventually undertook far more work than either of us had expected to be necessary.
Highly recommended.

I was not happy with the service I was getting from my injury lawyer.I rang Guyclapham,and explained the situ to The Office,Lady was very prompt and efficient.
When she put me through to Andrew,he was so professional and understanding.No beating around the bush,straight to the point.
Clear and very professional,I wish I knew about this website before.

Brilliant, very professional and in-depth assistances.
Andrew immediately returned my phone call after I have called his office.
He spent around 30 minutes to explain problem in details.
Very important issue, Andrew spent enough time so I was able to clearly understand sometimes complicated solicitors procedures and jargon.
I am 100% sure Mr Andrew Veitch is able to provide very professional and pleasant service.

Andrew Veitch is the best solicitor and I can't thank him enough. I have just had an operation in a hospital in London and urgently needed a solicitor to come and see me in the hospital. All the other solicitors I called near the hospital were not interested but Andrew Veitch came and saw me the next morning. Not only did he come and see me but he also gave me some excellent advice. Although I was perfectly happy with my old solicitor I will use Andrew in the future, even if it means that I have to travel to London to see him.

Andrew Veitch has just acted on a sale and purchase for me and spotted a number of matters that the seller's solicitor did not deal with when their client purchased the property. Andrew quickly drafted the documentation needed to rectify the situation and sorted out the problems. Andrew checked everything very carefully and clearly acted in my best interests rather than doing as little as possible for his fees (which I have found with previous solicitors.) I am more than happy to give Andrew 5 stars

I contacted Andrew Veitch after reading his reviews. He was on the telephone when I called but called me back within about 5 minutes. He was very friendly and explained the conveyancing procees in a way that I understood (I am a first time buyer.) He then e-mailed me an estimate of his fees within 30 minutes of my initial call. Hw was very quick and efficient throughout and kept me informed. He also provided me with a very comprehensive report on the property I bought. All in all I was very impressed with the service provided by Andrew

Andrew Veitch - helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I telephoned him about a debt recovery claim after seeing his reviews on this site. He couldn't have appeared to be more helpful and agreed to call me back after I e-mailed him some documents. He called me back the same day I e-mailed the documents and gave me some straight talking advice. Just what I wanted. I suggest the good reviews I have read about Andrew Veitch are correct

I previously indicated that I might use Andrew Veitch to deal with my lease extension. I did use Andrew and he dealt with the matter brilliantly and kept me informed all the way until I got my extended lease. Andrew was much better than the solicitor I used when I bought my flat and I will use Andrew in the future.

Andrew Veitch has just dealt with a complex property matter on my behalf involving numerous parties and difficulties. Unlike other solicitors I have used in the past he bothered to push things along and talk to all the parties concerned and got their solicitors to speak with one another rather than just dealing with matters by post. I doubt this matter would have completed if it was not for Andrew's diligence.

Andrew Veitch provided exceptional legal advice concerning an insurance break in. Due to technicalities, there were refusals to honour their commitment to pay. Andrew researched the situation thoroughly and backed his arguments with case law. His determination proved successful, and I won the case. Without his perseverance, I am sure the outcome would have been very different.

Thank goodness I conatcted Andrew Veitch. As a first time landlord I tried to save money by not using a letting agent. I contacted Andrew when the tenants stopped paying rent and to try and get them to pay or get them out. As well as successfully getting a court order to get the tenants out and recover the rent arraers Andrew Veitch pointed out that I had not dealt with two areas of law which meant I was not entitled to many months of rent and could have been fined 3 times the amount of the rent deposit the tenant paid me. Andrew Veitch sorted out all the problems with ease and even told me how to deal with the legal points of letting out my flat for the future. I won't be trying to save a few pounds in the future but will always seek advice as soon as posible. I can only highly recomend Andrew Veitch

I found Andrew Veitch on this site and he has just successfully obtained a possession order for me against the tenants from hell who haven't paid me any rent. The reviews are right as he is quick, efficient and gets the job done. Andrew is now raring to go and recover the money they owe me. Will use him again and you should give him a go.

I have recently seen Andrew Veitch to seek initial advice of the ramifications of a divorece. Andrew efficiently asked me about my life and finacial position and explained the divorce procees in a way that was easy to understand. He appeared to be genuinely interested in my life and how I want my divorce to be handled. I believe he will deal with my matter in an understanding way for such a traumatic matter. I will update this site with the way the matter proceeds

Andrew Veitch was kind enough to spend time advising me on the costs, implications and procedures of extending my lease even though I have not yet even decided to proceed. He did not even charge me a penny even though he took time to review a copy of a lease I sent him and he called me back. I will definately use him if I decide to proceed with my lease extension.

Andrew Veitch is brilliant. I got knocked off my bike and knocked some teeth out and cut my face. Andrew managed to win over £15,000 for me. He also agreed to take me on on a no win no fee basis so even if he had lost I wouldn't have owed him a penny in fees. I can't thank him enough

The best solicitor I have used in London. Fast, efficient, pleasant to speak to and Andrew Veitch always called me back if I left a message as he was not available (which is more than can be said for may solitors these days.) He was also willing to see me after work, which is useful if you cannot leave work to sign documents ect. If you are looking for a solicitor in London W1 I highly recommend Andrew Veitch

What a great lawyer. I was visiting London from the USA when I was a passenger in a car crash. The American embassy recommended Andrew Veitch who dealt with legal work really well, especially as I had moved back home. If you have an accident use this tenacious lawyer - he gets results
