I was really depressed when I called Anthony Hodari I had a horrible mouse problem that kept me awake with scratching all night but within a few weeks my problem was sorted and the holes in the walls and floors were bored up and now Im free again

"Steve Mitchell the Geordie surveyor was absolutely brilliant and very responsive and was at our aid at a days notice. Seemed to be the only person who has listened to us since we have lived in our property and could see right away that there was repairs and damage that needed sorting. Very efficient work and has gone above and beyond to help me and my girlfriend out. Would highly recommend this surveyor and company to anybody who has felt like they can;t get anywhere with dim letting agents and landlords who dont want to put their hand in their pockets to sort their own problems out. Finally our voice has been heard and we are delighted to have something in motion regarding an issue we have had since October. Brilliant surveyor and a Top Geeza - 5 out of 5 every day of the week.

The guy that was dealing with our case was great. Always kept me informed, always kept in contact and updated, even through the Covid pandemic.

From start to finish, they listened to and understood my claim. I was assigned a solicitor named Kashif Rather - who kept in regular contact with me regarding the progress of my claim and even pushed for an increase in the amount of compensation I received from the landlord. After contacting Antony Hodari, a few repairs other than my initial complaint were carried out - and one as a gesture of goodwill. The initial repair I complained about is also due to be fixed, this would have been much sooner but understandably the pandemic has caused delays in major work being carried out. Overall I would use Antony Hodari again and recommend them to family and friends.

I cant praise Anthony Howard solicitors enough I had ongoing problems with my repairs not been done for 20 months where pouring through my ceiling a large hole in ceiling within 1 month of them getting involved all repairs done and mire they so professional and helpful friendly and nade massive difference thank you so much

To say I received exceptional services from my solicitor, Jonathan is a complete understatement: he completely went above and beyond his role in ensuring my Landlords resolved the severe damp, mould and leak issues, which I had unfortunately been living with for almost half a decade. What completely blew me away was the quickness of the works commencing to ultimately owning an entirely transformed, clean and safe property, which I can now call a home. Deceitful, unprofessional, unreliable, inept.
God help you if you have to deal with Steven Mitchell or Jonathan Morkill.

When you first meet steven, he will be very plesant, reassuring and helpful. Only later will you realise that all of this was a ploy to gain trust and manipulate your situation for his own gain.

Steven assured me that if I were to proceed with Anthony Hodari sol., there would be absolutely no chance or need for us to leave our apartment for any period at all. This was our one and only condition.
Of course, he would later outright deny this and block my number for the accusation.

Steven falsified a document that I signed. He showed me one page which I agreed with and signed. I later found that he had added another 10 pages which I had never seen before and tried to state that I somehow agreed to all of it.

Many other blatant lies from steven including;
Claiming that all repairs would be "overseen" by the firm. (In reality, they would only be checked upon completion via a customer satisfaction curtesy call)
Claiming that he had handled everything and we had been appointed a new lawyer (In reality, he had only put forward a request which was denied and he never told us.)

Jonathan is very difficult to communicate with. He totally misrepresented and threatened us following Steven's document forgery.
You cannot get a word in edgeways with him. He constantly goes off on rants and tangents. If youve ever seen police interrogations, that's what he is like, when a detective tries to ware a suspect down, tire out and confuse them so they cannot think straight or get a point across.

Jonathan told our landlord that we are okay with things that we distinctly made clear from before the beginning would not be possible for us.
This company seems to not take note of anything you tell them.
We reminded him that our one and only condition, which was agreed upon in the consultation, is being breeched.
At this point, Jonathan threatened us with eviction and having to pay the £3000+ legal fees.

I found I had to keep making contact to find out what was happening as it would be weeks without hearing anything.When Anthony Morkill was involved it was a very different story.He kept in constant contact answeered my e mails immediately and got me what I wanted.Very pleased with him and the out come.Would have been 5 stars if the initial person dealing with me had bothered a little more!

I would recommend Anthony Hodari Solictor but advice them that it will be a fight and exercise patience, because landlords will try to challenge ever legal avenue they can to avoid commitment to the repair works, but perseverance is they key and having support from a legal standpoint really helped.

I would not use this solicitors again I feel they acted in my best interests in getting me the highest compentatonic. My whole claim was a mess from start to finish. My first medical was all of 15 minutes and the Doctor who perfored my medical never my report delaying the process by about 6 months. After another medical I had to be referred to a specialist which was money for old rope and a complete waste of time.I then was advised to take an insurance policy out to cover any legal costs should I lose the case which was £262.90. After my claim was finally settled which was far lower than expected and I personally did not think was reasonable I was basically told I could not refuse it. A no win no fee my claim was for £4000 and I walk away with £2300 surely the solicitor should have claimed the expenses from the other party and I should have received the full amount. I was I would receive my money within 6 weeks 5+weeks and still waiting. After phoning solicitor all you get told is they are chasing it up.
