Shocking, dishonest, hostile and disrespectful head of company, incompetent and untrustworthy in my view.
Having agreed a set course of action and having given them consent to speak to the other side, they they did a Uturn within 10 minutes , the Director was hostile and insulting and acted in a very bizarre manner, the paralegal having spent ages explaining things to her and she even called the other side and said that a judicial review would be issued then changed her mind, making me look like a total idiot and resulting me in disinstructing them, when she was asked to describe the case to the director, she then appeared to have muddled all the facts and circumstances, truly astonishing
