I used these guys to obtain a non molestation order while in the family courts for a contact order. The solicitor I used seemed like he had no clue what he was supposed to do, rang me last minute to let me know about the case going to court, and when it went to court they acted like they didn’t want to represent me and even screwed up the case by informing the other party when they didn’t need to. Not only that but when we was in the court room they didn’t even bother to fight my corner. When we came out I was told by the solicitor to “look on the bright side” and “see the good side of it”. Now they’ve left me having to deal with the other party making all sorts of allegations against me because of their mistakes. I would not recommend at all!! About as useful as a chocolate teapot!!

We would not recommend Atkins Hope. Inaccurate, vague, unhelpful. Left to check everything ourselves, contracts completed with incorrect selling figures/names inserted. Nothing but a glorified mailbox for forwarding reports. Not professional compared to my previous experience with a conveyancing solicitor.

I have had to deal with an extremely painful matter regarding the estate of my late Mother and unscrupulous and vulture-like siblings. Atkins Hope in the 18 months since my Mother has passed have been very unprofessional particularly in relation to their communications!
At present I have now been waiting for almost weeks for either Juliet Adelman- Director or Tina Chan- solicitor to respond to my queries, yet on each occasion I have telephoned I have been assured that one or the other of them will get back to me.
This is unacceptable and an indication of their poor client service; and I say this as one who works for a law firm and none of our solicitors would ever behave in such an unprofessional manner!

Still waiting for resolution of 2 complaints - after months
Are showing no interest in resolving them,and have left me in a very difficult position re conveyencing because they did not find out correct information regarding property
