Hiring Austins as our solicitor when buying a new property nearly caused us to lose the house.

They were responsive at first engagement, and until we made the downpayment.

After that, we could not get hold of them, and our Mortgage Brokers could not find them in the Lenders’ panel.

Austins was unresponsive, never available, and rude on the phone and on email with both us, our mortgage brokers, and our realtor.

They refused to send us a detailed bill of her services when we seized service and ghosted us during the most important phase of the buying process.

That, toppled with constant typos and mistakes on email, and a shaddy office practice seemingly unrecognised by one of the UK major lenders, made the firm an absolute nightmare to work with.

In the end, we were forced to change solicitors and never saw our money back.

I was quoted a price for purchase of some land and then out of the blue got a bill for twice the amount without any warning or additional work completed. The work that was completed was very minimal and I am in no better of a situation than when I started the process.

I thoroughly enjoyed working with Sarah at Austins Solicitors in Chiswick as I found her to be very knowledgeable but also someone who is very approachable and easy to speak to. She is a true professional and takes a great deal of pride in her work with a very strong work ethic. I would recommend her wholeheartedly

I know many lawyers through my work and I admire Sarah tremendously. She is a thorough person, good at paper work. This may sound a small point but it is vital for a lawyer to handle paperwork. I trust her implicitly and know she knows her stuff. I respect her advice which is considered and honest.
