Terrible. They were really slow, unreliable and forgetful. I had to chase them all the time and then they started ignoring me. It took me AGES to sell my house because of them.

Excellent service from Nicola and her staff. Always prompt to respond to queries and issues related to the sale of our property. On completion, we discovered our bank had made a serious and quite alarming error regarding repayment of outstanding mortgage, which the Barnes and Partners team resolved quickly and courteously. I get the impression they are not the cheapest, but well worth a little extra for all that prompt service and attention to detail. They came highly recommended by a family member and I would definitely recommend them to others.
