Did not even bother to reply after I sent a detailed email about my problem asking for advice and quite prepared to instruct them to act for me if necessary.

They totally disregarded I paid them for nothing as I asked them to stop, they wanted for me to argue with a neighbour I was not prepared to do. It was about roots growing in my alley way and how to part with them not an argument with a neighbour!
They have been paid but totally disregarding this reported me, elderly 72 years old! really?!
Just one word about them: nasty don't use them.

Phoned up for an appointment to see Mr Ballard as I need a Public Notary. I got all the way there and explained I needed a signature witnessed for an Oil Transaction. He dilly dallied and asked me questions about what i was signing. He then turned round and said "I am not comfortable with this and advised we go and see another solicitor in London who knows about oil and gas. I then phoned another Public Notary in the same town and got it witnessed. Unsure if it would have made any difference if iI was a 5'4" Caucasian bloke, but I WILL NEVER USE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND.
