They simply just ignore you, i spent thousand pounds and half a year (28 weeks) and failed complete a flat purchase due to mortgage expired. One reply after 2-3 weeks chasing, no one pick up phone, extremely unprofessional, do not use them even if they are relative cheap, the cost is way more than money you could save for other proper solicitor. They could not complete a simply flat case and they do not make effort to complete it.

Company wide lack of communication. Only go with these if you want your house move to drag on forever and have no updates. Incredibly disappointed in the treatment we’ve had as customers.
