If I could give a minus I would! Staff are rude and incompetent. E-mails sent saying they had sent paperwork in the post and then nothing turned up with no apology. I still don’t know if they sent it or not? Paperwork sent to the wrong address when they were clearly told not to use that address. Questions asked and never answered. A total sham. Never again!!! I expected a professional experience especially for the price (Very expensive). From my experience I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND using them.
