Contacting a solicitor is something I have never had to do before, I was anxious & nervous before I made a call. I had contacted another firm who I found very unprofessional when they answered the call with a simple “hello”. I was then fortunate that my next call was to Brian. I was instantly at ease when speaking to him, he was extremely helpful, propfessional, gave me clear, precise instructions as to what I needed to do for him to help me with my case. I met him in person a few days later & went through my case. Again he made me feel very comfortable, went through the procedure step by step & when I left his office I felt like a huge weight had been lifted off of my shoulders. Brian is a gentleman, friendly & I would highly recommend him if you require any legal advise.

I was referred to Mr.Brian McKenna by a friend and the first time I had a meeting with Brian I felt that I was in very good hands. He definitely knows the laws and made me feel reassured, what a brilliant professional! God bless him ????????

From the very first telephone conversation I knew this was the firm I wanted to work on my behalf. Very informative, professional yet really friendly and welcoming. Brian was very thorough in his checking of the documents provided and thank goodness because I’d have agreed and sent a document full of errors made by the claimant. He went above and beyond what I was expecting.

I was recommended to contact Brian McKenna as the lawyer to help with the eviction of my tenants. When he returned my telephone call, he provided some good advice and a relatively lengthy chat before I had appointed him to deal with the case. Brian was very professional and friendly, timely at completing the steps involved in this case and an expert in this area.
The case did not reach the court as my tenants left before the hearing date and I did not intend to pursue the tenants for financial cost.
Brian charge for this service was approximately around £1,200, may be slightly higher than I had expected, but well worth the service I received as I got the possession of my apartment earlier than I had expected. I have already recommended Brian to a friend with a similar problem.

I was very nervous about an upcoming court hearing but after seeing Brian I have been able to relax for the first time in months. He is very patient, understanding and has really helped. I'm very happy I went to see him and he is representing me. I couldn't of asked for a better solicitor and would highly recommend him.

I contacted this solicitor after the previous one could not be bothered to call me back. I wanted advice for a family friend who is about to be made homeless and time is of the essence. I saw Mr McKenna today and he was helpful and polite. He explained the legal position in this issue and nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend this company and will be more than happy to use them again if another situation arises.

In all the dealings I had with Mr McKenna he has been both knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant to deal with. He has helped me with Tenant and Landlord law and I would always be extremely happy to recommend his services.

Couldn't ask for a more helpful, knowledgeable solicitor who really knows his stuff when it comes to Landlord and Tenant Law. I have been using his servicse on and off since 2002 and have always been more then happy with the advice he has given me and the work he has carried out on my behalf. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr McKenna's services to anyone.
