I used Carter Moore solicitors for my parole process and was thoroughly satisfied with the service provided.
My solicitor was Jo Davidson who was very friendly and accurate with her advice, I was always kept in the loop either through written correspondence or phone notification.
I received several prison visits before my board which made it a lot easier when i actually encountered the process.
I would recommend these solicitors to anyone off my own experience.

I had an appalling service from these solicitors in respect of a dental negligence claim and would not recommend them to anyone. I was put into contact with them via the National Accident Helpline and I have since had to instruct a different firm of solicitors. Carter Moore sent a woefully inadequate letter of claim to the wrong defendant and had not even instructed an expert before compiling the letter. I would not expect a first year law student to send a letter of claim to the wrong defendant. I had to amend the witness statement, which also named the wrong defendant, myself because it was full or errors and typos. I have extensive experience of the legal system through my work and this is by far the worst legal firm I have ever encountered.

Whenever I called I was able to get through 9 out of 10 times. If I was not able to get through I would get a call back within at most one or two hours. I never experienced a long wait when calling or having to press lots of options. It is the first time I have dealt with Carter Moore Solicitors but I would 100% recommend them to others. Thank you for taking my case and for your support and help”
