Guy and his team are professional, fast at responding, keep you updated about every step they take and what to expect. I don't know whether Guy sleeps at all as he was responding to my questions at 12 am, 4 am, 6 am, weekends. He ensured that my timeline was met and all my concerns were answered (and I had a lot of questions and comments). I would highly recommend Guy as he delivers what he promised, makes your experience stress-free and does not make you wait for answers. If there were more people like Guy and his team, we would have had a more enjoyable life.

Great service from Guy and Aaron regarding a property purchase. I am based in Hong Kong so time difference is a factor. Their service was excellent and extremely prompt. Everything was completed fast and without any issues. Highly recommend.

Guy Fernback and his team were always very quick to respond to any questions and to help me through the exchange process even though I am based in Thailand . Thai language for proof of address was not a problem as there was a translator close by . Fees so far seem reasonable . I would recommend their service .

Excellent experience on our new build property purchase in London! Guy Fernback at Child & Child assisted us with our purchase. We did appreciate for his always prompt reply even in lockdown situation, providing us professional legal advice and processing our property completion in a smooth way. Guy and Chloe helped us with a new build purchase in London. We live in Canada and purchasing real estate in London is a considerably different process than Canada. It was particularly difficult as, due to the pandemic, we are unable to travel. Guy and Chloe were tremendous in making the purchase seamless and responding to questions. The time difference is 8 hours and Guy responded to questions incredibly quickly. I highly recommend them if you are an International purchaser.

Guy Fernback at Child & Child assisted with my new build property purchase, in Wapping/Shadwell. He has been fantastic. I was new to the process and Guy was extremely helpful providing advice every step of the way. He was available at any hour of the week to answer any queries I had, and the speed and accuracy at which he turned around all the work was exceptional. His wealth of knowledge and experience was clearly evident. I highly recommend Guy/C&C, and would like to thank them for all their work, professionalism, advice and support.

I contacted Child & Child to purchase my home. I was followed by Chloe and Benedetta who did an excellent job as well as being friendly. They have always been available in providing me with all information and support throughout the process. I feel like recommending them because they did a great job considering that everything was done remotely due to the pandemic.

Instructed Guy at Child and Child to act on my first property purchase in Ealing. Now approaching the completion date and overall the service has been exemplary.

Things have stood out with the service:
- Guy's willingness to be on hand to answer any queries at seemingly any time of the day, coupled with the impressively quick response times to any queries.
- Being a first time buyer, the whole process was new to me, and he managed to help me navigate the whole process smoothly and with excellent knowledge.

Caroline Sielle engaged to manage an undertenant's licence to alter. I clearly asked her whether it was normal to have a fee for the licence from the sub-tenant; she stated 'not normally'. When the underlease was renewed, it was stated that the premium/fee for the licence to alter should have been £280,000. This lawyer lost me at least £100,000, perhaps £280,000 and possibly more from negotiation. This firm was recommended to me by (who turned out to be) the worst QC in England, because (he said) "she was a hot tall blonde whom he wanted to do" (I had thought he was joking but giving me a reasonable reference). All true. Find a different lawyer & different firm.

Guy and his team have made the whole process smooth, as we now approach completion of the process of purchasing my new home. He has been approachable, efficient and has explained the intimidating paperwork/process well. He is alway answers queries quickly, even on weekends. Most of all, he has been friendly and has understood how the process can feel to those unfamiliar with it.

Finding a home ( and closing) in the midst of a global pandemic is probably one of the most challenging activities I had to engage in. I was fortunate to be introduced to Child and Child and assigned to the Partner, Guy Fernback.. Absolute professional team, accommodated the curves and turns that was thrown to us with total clarity of intentions despite the delays,
with regards to cost, we considered it competitive, even though there had to be variations due to a few unexpected developments and I would definitely recommend Guy and the firm of Child and Child.

Due to COVID 19 we are not able to come uk and could only buy the property oversea. Luckily we have Mr Guy Fernback as our lawyer. He is not only experienced but also professional and very efficient. He is such a nice person, willing to help and even spend us time to explain every questions one by one on phone. He always do extra as he put others into his shoes cause he knew that we are from overseas and have less knowledge on uk property. We truly appreciate for Mr Guy”s hard work and effort! Highly recommended!!!

To complete all necessary property transaction procedure within 10 days should be a mission impossible in the UK during COVID-19 period. 
I do not know how Mr. Guy Fernback from Child and Child could do that for me especially I am an oversea buyer. 
Not only fast, but also with top quality service, I would definitely recommend Guy to anyone who is looking for a Solicitor for property translation.

They failed to answer numerous letters, and were slow and inefficient. The estate accounts were not clear. Unfortunately the executor approved them, and there's not much a beneficiary can do after that
