I can't thank Clear law solicitors enough in dealing with our clinical negligence claim. Me and my wife would like to say thank you to lee raynor, Andrew Kwan and a special thank you to Shahida Chaudery.
Shahida has been brilliant, kind, understanding, helpful, professional, yet so friendly and approachable, the whole case. Our case was run smoothly from start to finish.
Shahida showed me, my wife and my family compassion, understanding and had provided us with help and advice we needed throughout. I have recommended clear law solicitors and this clinical negligence team to everyone I know. The whole case was the most stressful, upsetting, depressing and frustrating for me and my wife but thanks to Shahida and clear law it was made a bit easier for us, we were kept up to date with everything, but now finally we can have a bit of closure and move on with our lives now.

AVOID this company. Shop around. Very Poor Service. We feel cheated and let down. Youngsters with little or no experience. Never ring you back. Save yourself the misery and distress. I am now being helped by Citiziens Advise after these charlatans sent me a huge bill even though I was advised it was “No WIN No FEE”.

Please be warned of this organisation and avoid at all cost ........ CLEAR LAW SOLICITORS, states the following on its website, Clear Law is a modern, forward-thinking law firm with a fresh approach. may I add, it is the most unreliable backward thinking, law firm which aims to resolve any housing issues with a DEAD APPROACH, not FRESH APPROACH, The staff, and solicitors are not helpful and will sell you dead dream in terms of helping you sort out any ongoing Housing Disrepair Claim. I have had a dreadful experience in chasing up my housing claim which they had sat on for nearly 3 years, YES!!! 3 Years with the outcome after b bombarded them with emails and telephone calls to establish progress to be told " they could not help me" the housing they are useless and promise to return calls be never manifested The only repair/claim they are interested in are "DAMP OR CONDENSATION CLAIMS.......PLEASE NOT NOT GO NEAR THEM!!!! because they will send you down one big dark hole bigger then Alice in Wonder land.

The service provided was very professional and the claim itself was surprisingly quick and simple, I was very happy with the outcome and I would certainly be more than happy to recommend Clear Law in future to family and friends who need a solicitors help or advice.

Clear Law have been absolutely dreadful from the word go. The lack of communication and the shear unwillingness of their staff is completely mind-boggling! Choosing this Solicitor will only cause you more trouble and hassle in a difficult enough time.

Me an my family had car accident and used local claims company who then told us to use CLEAR LAW. What a huge mistake and a nightmare from start. I wish I had used my own Insurance company now. Youngsters who do not have a clue. You ring them and no one is available to take your call. Call back never happens. Passed from one person to another. I wish I had read these other people’s reviews before using this rubbish company. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Be aware.. this firm has kids with non- to little experience. My claim was delayed beyond belief. Simple claim delayed. Staff issues. Five different people have run my case to be told today someone else is running my case now. The other people have left “now”. Calls are never answered always the same escuse: “ will get someone to ring you back” no one ever does.. sent me for medical to their doctor who never wanted to know about my previous accident. Medical done and dusted in minutes with a massive que outside his door. Conveyor belt or what.. I ring my Solicitors to tell them my medical report is wrong. Told not to worry we will get it amended. 12 months on I get told it’s my fault cause I never told doctor of previous accident. I was the one who told my Solicitors hello!!!!!! What a nightmare. Crap service. I am today contacting the legal Ombudsman. 😡😡😡😡😡😡

I regret giving my injury claims to Clear Law Solicitors. I was promised they would act on my behalf and help me with my compensation claims. All I have received is false hope and delays. I would advise anyone to shop around before using the firm. Me and my family have had a horrible experience with this firm and now have had to get the Legal complaints service involved to help resolve my issues. I had non- fault accidents and had admissions of liability from the get go. The amount of times I would ring/email and leave messages then chase again. My first accident was 2015 is still
Pending!!!!!

please stay awy from them.very bad solisitors eat more then half of my husband and my claims.riped of ourself .took more then 3 year to deal with our claim changed someny adviser on our file evan we handle our case our self .they have told us we not gona win but in court we foght and win .unexprinced solisitors plz cheeter lairs feeling stupid beliving on them.please stay awy

at first they seemed good and moved quickly in proceeding with the claim. then as the claim advanced the communication at some points were terrible, one or two times i know the Third Party hadn't got back to them but rather than leave me with no updates for weeks a little update saying still waiting would be nice.
Secondly i agreed a 15% fee for my claim, repeatedly they kept saying 25% and i had to correct them over and over. guess what? they charged me 25%, then when i raised this they told me they would send the rest over to me which then took over a month to arrive and i had to chase it twice.

Thirdly i was happy enough with the settlement amount but not overjoyed and it was under there valuation range so in that respect was very disappointing that they have come up short from what they valued it at.

Finally i was told they was risk assessing my file to see how they should now proceed. This was on the 13/12/2016, i have still heard nothing back from them what so ever!! i have sent numerous emails and calls and they haven't had the decency to even get in touch.

They got the job done in the end but in my opinion lacked in communication and professionalism and personally i wouldn't use them again if needed a solicitor in the future.

Regret using Clear Law Solicitors. They lack experience and expertise, very armature in what they do. No lawyers at this firm just a few clerks who don't know what they are doing and have to be guided all the time.
Not happy at all and would not recommend.

Slow service, my accident occurred in 2007 and took till 2011 to even start moving. Felt they didn't fight my corner and just bullied me into taking first offer threatening no more legal aid despite the qc thinking the claim was worth 6 figures. They couldn't be bothered.

I would like to say thank you for the professional and efficient way that my claim has been dealt with to date. I have no previous experience of accidents or of making a claim. My younger sister who is a nurse, guided and recommended your company to me. I'm glad that it was an easy process with me giving details of my injury and then allowing your company to take responsibility on my behalf so I had no additional worry when I was already in pain and needed to use my time and energy to recover.
