Absolutely abysmal Service. Coles Miller took our case on in the full knowledge that it is funded by Legal Expenses Insurance. Among other reasons when later dropping us like a stone without consulting our Insurers (which is against the Insurer’s terms), they stated that our Insurers were unlikely to fund our high value claim to the end anyway. - They were wrong. - Our current Solicitors continue to be funded by the same Insurers and the claim is progressing. Despite us being Local, the Solicitor Sarah Nineham, refused to meet with us and was never once available to speak with us on the telephone throughout our dealings when we phoned asking to speak to her. She refused numerous times to give us a Client Care Letter, until dropping us (having consumed a significant percentage of our Insured amount), yet had failed to comply with the Firm's own response times repeatedly. When we made a Complaint, Mrs. Nineham's Head of Department, Mr. Neil Andrews intervened, giving us cause to also complain against him. Mr. Andrews became particularly unpleasant, (in our opinion) suggesting that some of our complaints could be defamatory. As a Solicitor, Mr. Andrews would know that Defamation requires the information to public, which as an internal Complaint, this wasn’t. Mr. Andrews ought to know better than to try to suggest to a Retired Police Officer that also has some knowledge of law that, he could be guilty of defamation! Despite the full knowledge of Mr. Andrews’ involvement, Coles Miller again breached their own policies in allowing Mr. Andrews to investigate the Complaint into himself (and Mrs. Nineham), on the basis that he is the Firm's Complaints Partner. This could have been avoided as, when we disagreed with Mr. Andrews’ findings, Coles Miller appointed another Partner to review our Complaints, who obviously has the authority to overrule Mr. Andrews and who therefore arguably could have investigated our Complaints in the first place. In our opinion, dealing with Coles Miller Solicitors has been at least as stressful as the Claim which we are fighting.

My husband and I were involved in a car accident, in which I broke my back and my husband suffered a whiplash injury. We were stationary, at the end of a long line of traffic when we were hit from behind by a car, travelling at speed after clipping a truck. What was a straightforward, concertina collision became complicated when the drivers of the two vehicles involved blamed each other. The solicitors recommended by our insurance company appeared to be 'dragging their heels', so we contacted Coles Miller and Brian Parsons handled our case. We cannot praise him enough! He was both professional and compassionate and treated us like people and not just clients. His patience and perseverance were exceptional as he coped with the many obstacles that he had to deal with. Thank you Brian!
Would we use Coles Miller again? Yes, in a heartbeat!

I suffered an accident February 2013 on my way to work, which wasn’t my fault. I was hospitalised with a broken leg which took two operations to fix . I was discharged from hospital eight days later. I called first 4 lawyers after seeing in an advert on the television. They recommended me.Coles Miller Solicitors LLP, Poole ,Dorset. My lawyer Mr Adrian Cormack of Coles Miller Solicitors LLP took the responsibility for dealing with my injury claim. I am a London Bus Driver and a contributory member of the Unite Union. The advice and help I received from the representative of Coles Miller Solicitors was more assuring than union. I signed the application. My injury claim took nearly five years. Mr Adrian Cormack my lawyer handled the case with high standards of professionalism. I sincerely appreciate for the service and recommend to anyone who needs 100% success with no win no fees.ðŸ¤

We have just successfully completed a flat purchase. It was an easy decision to review the work of Poole's Coles Miller Solicitors, particularly Roger Leedham, as the service was so good. Good communication was standard, both by email and phone. Face to face meetings were succinct and we really understood the steps in the process. We felt reassured that everything was being done properly and in good time. The staff are both professional and friendly. We have no hesitation in recommending them to others for conveyancing purposes.

Anthony Webber at the Broadstone office helped with our will and advice on other family matters and was friendly, timely and a pleasure to work with. I was satisfied to pay the price but don't know how it compares. I'm not looking for the cheapest but I thought it was reasonable. I have recommended him to others based on my experience.
