I used Coles not to long back and can confirm that it was the worst experience I have had when dealing with solicitors. You have more chance of contacting the queen than you do of actually getting hold of the solicitor who is dealing with your case and when you do the attitude is disgusting especially considering the ridiculous prices they charge for dealing with them.
You have been warned.....avoid like the plague!!

Coles solicitors useless.
I was unfortunate enough to have dealings with Coles and found their customer service shocking and there fees were unbelievably high compared to other solicitors around.
Needless to say I will not be using them again!
