I would recommend this firm without hesitation.
My first contact with them was during lockdown in April, when I was looking for a solicitor to handle a transfer of part. Even at such a difficult time, they responded promptly and in a way which demonstrated their competence to handle the work. My experience was that they were thorough, prompt to reply to queries and very pleasant to deal with by phone. They manage to combine a soft, calm manner with real efficiency and professionalism, and although I'm an old hand at this sort of thing, I think they would be particularly reassuring to first time buyers.
I was very happy with their service!
