We are not the direct clients of this firm. Their clients are purchasing our house and after over 10 weeks, have just discovered that this firm are still dealing with enquiries from their clients buyer. Everyone else in the chain had their enquiries satisfied weeks ago. We personally had our completed within 48 hours so I'm at a total loss as to why it is taking this particular firm so long. They are very close to being responsible for the loss of their clients purchase as a result of their slow approach.

Everything went really well and appeared very smooth, i haven't had a lot of dealings with Solicitors in the past and was expecting it to be a real headache but i just left Gemma with it and it was painless. Her and all the staff i dealt with in my House move where really easy going and knew what they where doing.
would certainly recommend.

Me and my Wife where finally buying our first home and it was at first very scary and daunting, we asked a lot of people who locally we should use and their name kept popping up so decided to give them a try.
From the beginning right to the end we where put at ease and had the stress taken away from us, we dealt with a Solicitor called Gemma Lloyd who was very friendly and personable. When we phoned with enquires we spoke to equally knowledgeable support staff of Gemma's who again where really friendly and personable.
We where really happy with the overall service and cost and would highly recommend to anyone.

I am a property landlord and now use James Bunn at David Bunn & Co solicitors for all my property purchases. I have always found him very efficient and helpful and in over three years of dealings and over 10 property purchases have had no cause for complaint. Highly recommended
