Used Dylan Nair for a sale and purchase . Whilst the sale was pretty straight forward the purchase dragged on and on. We almost lost our buyer due to their circumstances in rental accommodation. Most of the time they responded to emails and phone calls , sometimes it was agonisingly slow . Their biggest let down was when it came time to calculate the completion statements . They over calculated the stamp duty by £2500, I had to point that out to them before I got the funds back same day . They overpaid on our mortgage redemption and still haven’t registered the new property at Land Registry . I would think twice before using this firm for conveyancing , they also charged me £350 because I kept emailing them for an update . If they had of responded to my queries first time I wouldn’t have needed to keep emailing . Steer clear they promise the earth and deliver late .
