We have used Edwards Harris Solicitors to buy and sell properties and most recently to purchase land. Every member of staff we have encountered at the firm has been efficient and knowledgable, although, we would like to give a special mention to both Demi and Pam for going above and beyond on many occasions. Demi Davies acted as our solicitor and we cannot speak highly enough of her professionalism and her ability to keep us up to date with regular developments in a friendly and approachable manner. Demi is extremely thorough, organised and calm and remained patient and professional, even though the land we were purchasing had many issues that needed to be addressed and resolved before we could complete on the sale. After 7 long months, we got there in the end! We are due to sell another property shortly, and we would not consider using anyone else. Thanks to everyone at Edward Harris Solicitors. Mr & Mrs Fry

This was the first time for us to use Edward Harris solicitors. Our house sale was handled by Demi and we could not have wished for a more professional legal representative.We were kept well informed with regular updates and Despite covid 19 the sale went through on time with no issues at all. We would recommend Edward Harris solicitors, and would be very happy for Demi to act for us again.

This was the first occasion I have used the services of Edward Harris solicitors and living at the exact opposite of end Wales it was not possible to visit their office
nevertheless I could not have wished for a more understanding and professional legal representative than Demi , she never failed to keep me updated with the
difficult and trying property case I presented them with and compared to other members of their profession I have dealt with their charges were most reasonable .
I have no reluctance in recommending them and would most certainly contact Demi if I find myself in a similar situation .

Edward Harris Solicitors represented us regarding conveyancing for the purchase of a freehold in 2020. Demi Davies who looked after out case personally, was knowledgeable, professional, efficient and importantly also provided regular and concise updates regarding progress throughout the entire process. We were kept fully informed from day one until completion. The process was somewhat impacted due to the whole Covid-19 situation, however despite this challenge everything was completed in a timely manner with all queries / request resolved promptly to ensure a timely conclusion. We would highly recommend Edward Harris Solicitors and would also be very happy for Demi to act on our behalf for any future requirements - many thanks.

Our urgent need was for a specialised commercial property lease to be drawn up. At the Initial contact we were sympathetically listened to and a plan to meet our needs was agreed. One staff member Demi Davies was appointed to be our designated point of contact. Her follow up guidance and procedures resulted in the lease being produced on time and customised to meet exacting requirements. Charges were competitive and did not exceed the initial estimate. Edward Harris Staff throughout ensured we were fully supported and understood obligations and all legal issues. We recommend Edward Harris Solicitors without hesitation.
