The service was faultless from start to finish. We were entering the period of lockdown due to COVID-19 and they more than pulled the stops out to ensure everything successfully proceeded. We also had a letter in which we were thanked for the work we were doing as key workers. This was unexpected but lovely to receive in equal measure and demonstrated the personable nature of the firm in their interactions with their customers. Thank you.

This company i was refered to
to deal with my grandchildrens case also involving social services sat in reception while they read some info we have produced 5 minutes they then rang through for us to pay 120 before we could see solicitor reluctantly we did and went into her office to be told sorry theres nothing we can do when i asked for refund as my wife has ( terminal cancer) and not had a service for the payment and that 5 mins for 120 pound we couldnt throw away money like that they refused asked me to leave so we struggle on and would not trust elliot bridgeman to anyone as there ripping off a dying woman they have no morrals

It is not possible for a Solicitor to respond to criticism without client authority. This is transferred anger involving complex decision-making and disappointment and an distorted and unfair presentation of facts

Very reasonable fees with no unexpected additional costs. Anna, Heather and Pagan were all extremely helpful, friendly and professional. Total turnaround time from the date the offer was accepted to moving in was 8 weeks which I was very happy with! Would 100% recommend.

This firm have given me excellent quality service. Mr Bridgman,the boss, Stuart legal young man,, the secretary ,receptionists . This was actually a eviction order,a complex housing system.Not their area of law.
They were efficient,prompt,and contactable !!! Highly recommend this family firm.
